Research areas investigated by the team:
The scientific activity of the team can be divided into the following research areas:
- designing functional materials and coatings,
- surface modification of the materials by means of chemical and plasmochemical treatment,
- obtaining layers and coatings using chemical (RF CVD and MW CVD) and physical (MS PVD) vapor deposition methods,
- obtaining coatings using dip-coating and spin-coating methods,
- optical and thermo-optical properties of layers from the Si-C-N-H system and multilayer systems with different refractive indexes for applications in optoelectronics.
